Fix Task manager disabled issue

How to fix this issue-my Task manager won’t open
Access Group Policy Editor
Click Start and select Run. Then type “gpedit.msc” in the command prompt.
Find User Configuration at right side ad click the plus

Ctrl+Alt+Del Options
Finally, open Remove Task Manager to restore the program.
